§ 91.18 SANITARY PREMISES REQUIREMENTS.

Premises used for the sale of food or drink intended for human consumption shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and it is unlawful to permit any accumulation of refuse or waste of any kind therein or thereon for more than 24 hours. It is unlawful to permit any decaying plant or animal matter to remain on such premises at all.
