For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
FOOD. Any condiment, nutrient or aliment, whether vegetable, animal or mineral, either raw or processed or partly raw and partly processed, which is fit for or used for human consumption. Additionally, FOOD means and includes any beverage intended for human consumption.
FOOD DEALER. Any person, firm or corporation which shall sell or offer for sale, or keep or store for the purpose of sale or offering for sale such food.
