§ 90.23 STORAGE OF EXPLOSIVES; REGULATORY AUTHORITY.

All explosives kept or stored in the city, regardless of the amount or kind of such explosive, shall be kept and stored in accordance with the rules and regulations laid down and enforced by the State Marshal with regard thereto.
