(A) Applications for such permits shall be made to the City Clerk and shall be accompanied by a statement showing the amount of such explosives intended to be kept, the kind of explosive intended to be kept, the premises upon which such explosive is to be kept, the purpose for which it is to be used and a statement that all such explosives are to be stored or kept in accordance with all of the rules and regulations laid down by the State Fire Marshal with regard to such explosives.
(B) The application shall be further accompanied by a bond or indemnity policy in the sum of $10,000 with corporate surety, conditioned upon the compliance of the applicant with all of the provisions of this chapter and to hold the city harmless from any loss, damage or liability by reason of the storage or use of such explosives.
