SCHEDULE X. SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTES.

   On snow days, motor vehicle parking shall be restricted as follows:

   (A)   No parking on all snow emergency routes until snow has been plowed to the outside edges of the traveled portions of the street rights-of-way. The following streets and avenues are designated as snow emergency routes:

      (1)   Third Avenue

      (2)   Tenth Avenue

      (3)   Fourteenth Avenue

      (4)   Sixteenth Avenue

      (5)   Nineteenth Avenue

      (6)   Twenty-fourth Avenue

      (7)   Fourth Street

      (8)   Fifth Street from Fourteenth Avenue north

      (9)   Sixth Street from Fourteenth Avenue south

      (10)   Ninth Street

      (11)   Twelfth Street

      (12)   Route to Harbor Crest Nursing Home (from Tenth Avenue north on Sixteenth Street to Ninth Avenue east to Eleventh Street north to Eighth Avenue and Harbor Crest).

   (B)   No parking on all north-south streets from 12:00 midnight to 12:00 noon or until snow has been plowed to the outside edges of the traveled portions of the street.

   (C)   No parking on all east-west streets from 12:00 noon to 12:00 midnight or until snow has been plowed to the outside edges of the traveled portion of the street.
