SCHEDULE IX. PARKING IN IMPROVEMENT AREA RESTRICTED.

Automobiles, trucks and other vehicles shall be prohibited from parking on Fourth Street and Fourteenth Avenue within the limits of this improvement. Parking will not be permitted within the limits of intersections as determined by the state from intersection studies.
