Automobiles, trucks and all other vehicles except school buses shall be prohibited from parking on the north side of Thirteenth Avenue between the intersection of Twelfth Street and the intersection of Thirteenth Street, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on school days in the city. Signs shall be erected bearing such prohibition and indicating a school bus loading zone.
