(A) The first 20 foot and the second 26 foot parking stalls south of Fifth Avenue on the west side of Twelfth Street shall henceforth be restricted to 15 minutes maximum parking for the purpose of loading and unloading passengers on Mondays through Fridays from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
(B) The portion of Fifth Street between Tenth Avenue and Fourteenth Avenue, on the west side only, shall henceforth be no parking any time, and signs shall be erected bearing said designation.
(C) No motor vehicle shall be parked continuously in the city public parking lot, immediately north of the City Hall building at 415 Eleventh Avenue, for more than 24 hours.
(D) Eleven parking stalls on the south side of Twelfth Avenue, consisting of the first six parking stalls immediately east of the intersection of Twelfth Street and Twelfth Avenue, and the first five parking stalls immediately east of the existing handicapped stall which is located immediately east of the six parking stalls identified above, all 11 parking stalls being north of the entrance door to the Fulton High School. The 11 parking stalls shall be restricted only for parking for authorized staff of the Fulton High School and for visitors to the Fulton High School during normal school hours. Such parking stalls shall not be restricted except for normal school hours. No parking shall be allowed during school hours except for such authorized staff and visitors.
(E) Parking shall be prohibited on the east side of 12th Street from its intersection with 4th Avenue to its intersection with 7th Avenue, on each day the Fulton school is in session for all or part of the day between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. and between the hours of 2:30 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. The city shall erect signs in such intervals and locations and content as the Chief of Police deems appropriate.
(F) Eleventh Avenue. Parking shall be prohibited on the north side and the south side of Eleventh Avenue between its intersection with Fourth Street to its intersection with Third Street on each day from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. from November 1 each year to the following March 31 of the following calendar year. The city shall erect signs at such intervals and locations as the Chief of Police shall deem appropriate.
