(A) Twelfth Street. Parking is banned on the east side of Twelfth Street between Tenth Avenue and Eleventh Avenue.

(B) Ninth Street. Parking is banned on both sides of Ninth Street from Tenth Avenue to Fourteenth Avenue.

(C) Fifteenth Avenue. Parking is prohibited on the south side of Fifteenth Avenue from Fourth Street to Fourteenth Street.

(D) Eleventh Avenue. There shall be no parking on the north side of Eleventh Avenue from Fourth Street east for 90 feet in the city.

(E) Fourteenth Avenue. Automobiles, trucks and other vehicles shall be permitted to park on either side of Fourteenth Avenue (marked Illinois Route 136) between Fourth Street and Fourteenth Street within the corporate limits of the city. Parking in this area shall be parallel parking only, diagonal parking being expressly prohibited. Such parallel parking shall be executed that the wheels of the vehicles nearest the cub shall not be farther away from the curb than 12 inches.

(F) Tenth Avenue. Automobiles, trucks and other vehicles shall be prohibited from parking along either side of Tenth Avenue between Fifth Street and Ninth Street and between Twelfth Street and Illinois Highway 84 on the roadway only. Parking in the other areas shall be parallel parking only, diagonal parking being hereby expressly prohibited. Such parallel parking shall be so executed that the wheels of the vehicles nearest the curb shall not be farther away from the curb than 12 inches. Parking will not be permitted within the limits of the intersections of First Street and Ninth Avenue and First Street and Tenth Avenue as determined by the state from intersection studies.

(G) Tenth Street. The portion of the east side of the 1300 block of Tenth Street between 73 feet and 97 feet north of the northeast corner of the intersection of Tenth Street and Fourteenth Avenue shall henceforth be a no parking area, and signs shall be erected bearing said designation.

(H) Seventh Avenue. The portion of Seventh Avenue between Thirteenth Street and Fourteenth Street in the city, and between the entrance and exit driveway of the Fulton Elementary School, on the north side only, shall henceforth be a no parking, standing or stopping area and signs shall be erected bearing said designation.

(I) Thirteenth Street. Parking shall be prohibited on the east side of Thirteenth Street from Eleventh Avenue to Twelfth Avenue.
(J) Seventeenth Street. Parking is hereby prohibited on both sides of Seventeenth Street from the lift station of the Fulton Public Works Department north to its intersection with Illinois Route 84.
(K) Twelfth Avenue. Parking is hereby prohibited on the north side of Twelfth Avenue between its intersection with Fourth Street to its intersection with Twelfth Street. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, parking shall be permitted during any activity at the Immaculate Conception Church building on the north side of Twelfth Avenue from its intersection with Sixth Street to its intersection with Ninth Street.
(L) Seventh Avenue. No parking, standing or stopping from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on school days - in the 1300 block of Seventh Avenue on the south side only.
(M) Thirteenth Street. No parking, standing or stopping from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on school days - on Thirteenth Street in the 700 block of Thirteenth Street on both sides.
(N) N. Twelfth Street. Parking is hereby prohibited on the east side of Twelfth Street along that part thereof designated by a yellow painted curb and between that part thereof designated by no parking signs.
(O) Eleventh Avenue. Parking is hereby prohibited on the north side of Eleventh Avenue between its intersection with Fifth Street to its intersection with Seventh Street, and between its intersection with Eighth Street to its intersection with Tenth Street.
(P) Sixteenth Avenue. Parking is hereby prohibited on the north side of Sixteenth Avenue between its intersection with Third Street to its intersection with the public alley between Third Street and Fourth Street.
(Q) Fourth Street. Parking is hereby prohibited on the west side of Fourth Street between its intersection with Sixteenth Avenue to its intersection with Twenty-fourth Avenue.
