(A) No vehicles shall be parked on Fourth Street between Tenth Avenue and Thirteenth Avenue and on Tenth Avenue between Third Street and Fourth Street and on Eleventh Avenue between Third Street and Fifth Street between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating the provision of this section shall be fined not less than $25 and no more than $750 for each offense.
