(A) Between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. of each day of the week excepting Sunday, no vehicle shall be parked continuously in one parking space for more than two hours on any portion of the following named streets and avenues of the city:
(1) On Fourth Street between Ninth Avenue and Thirteenth Avenue.
(2) On Eleventh Avenue between Third Street and Fifth Street.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this schedule shall be fined not less than $25 per each offense.
