(A) Two-way streets. The following are designated two-way streets, all in the city of Fulton.

(B) Sign erection. The two-way streets designated in division (A) of this section shall be posted and designated with signs bearing the words “Two-Way” with an arrow pointing in the directions which the traffic is to travel. The signs shall be erected at the intersections of Tenth Avenue and Fourth Street, Eleventh Avenue and Fourth Street, Twelfth Avenue and Fourth Street, Thirteenth Avenue and Fourth Street, Fourteenth Avenue and Fifth Street, Thirteenth Avenue and Fifth Street, Twelfth Avenue and Fifth street, Eleventh Avenue and Fifth Street and Tenth Avenue and Fifth Street, all in the city of Fulton, and shall be located so as to be seen by drivers of vehicles approaching form the east, west, north or south of such streets. The size of the letters on such sign shall not be less than four inches in height.
(C) Semi-truck traffic. Fourth Street, commencing at Tenth Avenue and ending at Thirteenth Avenue, all in the city of Fulton, shall be posted and designated with signs bearing the words “NO SEMI-TRUCK TRAFFIC” and with signs bearing arrows showing directions to the alternate route for semi-truck traffic. Such signs shall be erected at the intersections of Tenth Avenue and Fourth Street, Eleventh Avenue and Fourth Street, Twelfth Avenue and Fourth Street and Thirteenth Avenue and Fourth Street, all in the city of Fulton. Such signs shall be located so as to be seen by drivers of semi-trucks approaching from the east, west, north or south of such streets. The size of the letters on such signs shall conform to standard traffic sign marking but not be less than four inches in height.
(D) Penalty. Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this schedule shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense.
