The Illinois Vehicle Code, ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, as amended, is hereby adopted in its entirety, by reference, as though fully and completely set forth. Any other section of the city code, in conflict with the Illinois Vehicle Code, as amended, is hereby declared void and ineffective and is hereby repealed. Any person, firm or corporation that violates any provision of the Illinois Vehicle Code adopted by this reference shall, upon conviction, be subject to a minimum fine of not less than $100 and the maximum fine shall not exceed $750. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
