(A) The charge to each residence for a solid waste disposal services in the city, which includes yard waste pick-up service shall be the sum of $12.20 per residential dwelling unit or church per month.
(B) The charge to each residence for solid waste disposal services in the city that does not receive yard waste pick-up shall be the sum of $10.33 per residential dwelling or church per month.
(C) In addition to the charges set forth above, each residence or church shall be charged the additional sum of $0.80 per month as an administrative fee.
