All revenues and moneys derived from the operation of the solid waste pick-up shall be placed into a fund separate and apart from private funds and separate and apart from all other funds of the city. All such moneys, without any deductions whatever, shall be deposited into the treasury on a daily basis in a fund separate from all other funds and designated as the Solid Waste Fund, which shall be considered an enterprise fund.
