(A) Residential yard waste pickup shall be a service provided to all residential properties in the city.
(B) Soft yard waste shall be collected weekly from April 1 through November 30 of each year. The City Council by motion shall determine the day of the week for such weekly collection.
(C) Hard yard waste shall be collected on such days and times as shall be determined by the City Council. All hard yard waste to be collected shall be tied in bundles not exceeding 48 inches in length and 50 pounds in weight. The diameter of any individual piece of hard yard waste shall not exceed four inches.
(D) Collection of bulk yard waste shall be determined by the City Council.
(E) All yard waste to be collected must be placed on curb side or location where solid waste is collected before the designated collection day.
(F) No refuse, garbage, household refuse or garden products shall be mixed or included with any yard waste.
(G) An additional fee shall be charged to each residential, single-family dwelling customer along with the solid waste disposal fee and the amount of the additional fee shall be determined from time to time by action of the City Council and shall be as set forth in the Schedule of Fees on file and available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk.
