§ 52.135 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SCAVENGER. Every person engaged in the cleaning of privy vaults, cesspools or sink holes or in the removal of filth, offal or any offensive matter in this city.
