§ 52.124 NOTICE OF RATES.

A copy of this chapter, properly certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of the county and shall be deemed notice to all owners of real estate of the charges of the waterworks and sewerage system of said city on their properties.
