§ 52.055 PRELIMINARY TREATMENT FACILITIES; MAINTENANCE.
   Where preliminary treatment or flow equalizing facilities are provided for, the owner, at his or her expense, shall maintain the facilities, at his or her expense, and shall maintain them continuously in satisfactory and effective operation.
