§ 51.024 PIPES ON OUTLET SIDE.
   The piping of the outlet side of the meter may be of such kind as the consumer may direct, but must be sufficient to stand a pressure of 300 pounds per square inch and subject to the approval of the PWD. In all new piping, outlets shall be provided with an air chamber not less than 18 inches long on the ground floor and 12 inches on all upper floors, when such outlets are connected direct with the street water main.
