(A) The City Clerk or his or her designee, is hereby authorized and directed to create an "interested parties" registry in accordance with ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-74.4-4.2 for each redevelopment project area created under the Act and not terminated by the city, whether now existing or created after October 24, 2014, including but not limited to, the proposed Illinois Route 84 and 31st Avenue Redevelopment Project Area.
(B) In accordance with ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-74.4-4.2, the city hereby adopts the registration rules for each such "interested parties" registry.
