§ 33.25 ADOPTION OF ANNUAL BUDGET.
   The city hereby adopts ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 8-2-9 through 8-2-9.10 providing for an annual municipal budget in lieu of the passage of an annual appropriation ordinance.
