§ 32.62 UNLAWFUL USE OR DAMAGE OF EQUIPMENT.

It is unlawful for any person to take, use, remove or otherwise disturb, or to break, injure, deface or in any manner interfere with the working or use of any truck, tractor, grader, mower or other equipment or apparatus belonging to the city for use of the Department of Streets without permission of the Mayor or City Council.
