§ 32.60 CREATION OF DEPARTMENT.

There is created the Department of Streets which shall consist of the Superintendent of Streets who shall also be known as the Public Works Director and shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council and such other employees as may be hired by the City Administrator.
