Any person violating or refusing any lawful order of the health officer or destroying, mutilating or concealing any notice posted by or under the authority of the health officer shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 10.99, and an offense shall be deemed to have been committed for each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
