§ 31.113 REPORTS.
   The City Collector shall make such reports of all money collected by the City Collector and all books and accounts kept by the City Collector in such manner and frequency as requested by the City Administrator. The City Collector shall also provide such reports as may be required by state statute or a city ordinance.
