§ 31.110 OFFICE CREATED.
   The corporate authorities of the city hereby establish the office of City Collector, an officer of the city. The City Collector shall hold office for one year or until her or his successor is appointed and qualified. The City Collector shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council. The City Collector shall be under the direction and supervision of the City Administrator.
