(A) The City Administrator shall be in charge of overseeing the day to day operations of the city employees and functions and such other specific duties as the Mayor or the Council may from time to time assign.
(B) The City Administrator shall have the responsibility and duty to hire al employees of the city without Mayor or City Council approval unless otherwise specifically provided in this code.
