§ 31.035 VITAL STATISTICS REGISTRAR.
   (A)   The provision of the statutes shall be fully complied with by the City Clerk in connection with vital statistics reports, and for that purpose the City Clerk is made the registrar of vital statistics for the city.
   (B)   The City Clerk shall make sufficient copies of all such records so that one complete set thereof may be retained and kept by the city.
