§ 31.034 ADDITIONAL DUTIES.
   In addition to the duties provided in this chapter, the Clerk shall act as City Collector unless and until a separate City Collector is appointed as provided by law, and he or she shall perform such other duties and functions as may be required by statute or ordinance.
