§ 31.013 CITY RETIREMENT FUND.
   (A)   The city elects to participate in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund, July 6, 1976.

   (B)   The Clerk is directed to promptly file a certified copy of the ordinance codified in this chapter with the Board of Trustees of the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund.
