§ 31.005 TRANSMITTAL OF MONEYS RECEIVED TO CLERK.
   Every officer shall, within a reasonable time not to exceed 30 days, turn over all moneys received by him or her in his or her official capacity to the Clerk with a statement showing the source from which the same was received.
