The regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on the second Monday and fourth Monday of each month at the hour of 5:30 p.m. in the Council Room in the City Hall in Fulton, beginning with the month of November, 2017. The corporate authorities shall give public notice of the schedule of regular meetings at the beginning of each calendar or fiscal year and shall state the regular dates, times and places of such meetings pursuant to ILCS Ch. 5, Act 120, § 2.02.
