§ 11.04 DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME ADOPTED; COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.
   (A)   Central Standard Time from and after the passage of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall be the official time within the city for the transaction of all city business except that from 2:00 a.m., on Sunday, on the last Saturday in April, continuously to 2:00 a.m., on Sunday, on the last Saturday in October, the official time of the city shall be advanced one hour and all legal and official proceedings of the city shall be regulated thereby in accordance with the advanced time.

   (B)   All clocks and time pieces on city premises shall be set and run according to the official time as provided in division (A) of this section. All persons residing within the city are requested to set any and all clocks or other time pieces under their control within the city in accordance with the official time as provided in this chapter.
