§ 11.03 WARDS.
   The territory embraced within the corporate limits of the city is divided into four wards, as follows:
   (A)   Fourth ward is all that portion of the territory embraced within the corporate limits which lies north of the line drawn as follows: beginning at the eastern boundary of the city at a point due east of the center line of 4th Avenue, in the city and running thence west with the center line of the avenue to the western boundary of the city.
   (B)   First ward is all that portion of the territory embraced within the corporate limits which lies south of the last above-described line and north of a line drawn as follows: beginning at the eastern boundary of the city at a point due east of the center line of 10th Avenue, in the city and running thence west with the center line of the avenue to the western boundary of the city.
   (C)   Second ward is all that portion of the territory embraced within the corporate limits of the city which lies south of the last above-described line and north of a line drawn as follows: beginning at the eastern boundary of the city at a point due east of the centerline of 14th Avenue in the city and running thence west with the centerline of 14th Avenue to the western boundary of the city.
   (D)   Third ward is all that portion of the territory embraced within the corporate limits which lies south of the line last above described.
