§ 4-83 SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY LICENSE HOLDER.
   (A)   A business or entity that holds the necessary alcoholic beverage license for its premises may sell alcohol from one or more non-permitted locations within any common area within the EDC if the licensee meets the following conditions:
      (1)   The licensee holds a supplemental bar license for each non permitted location;
      (2)   The licensee holds written permission for these sales from the city ABC office: and
      (3)   If the non-permitted location is properly set up for an event having permitted non-permitted sales.
   (B)   If the license holder legally sells alcohol at a permanent location in the EDC, the license may allow its patrons to carry alcoholic beverages outside its permitted location into the EDC temporary or non-permitted sales area with written permission from the city ABC office. The permission would be to carry into and area set up properly for permitted events within the EDC. Notwithstanding the above, all permission or license to sell alcohol in the EDC common area comply with state and local law.
