Any person found in violation of any part of this subchapter should be cited. Persons cited shall have until their court date to pay a penalty of $25 at Fulton City Hall to the City Clerk. The Clerk shall issue a receipt for payment of city parking penalty. The citation shall be dismissed on compliance when the cited person presents a receipt to the Fulton County Circuit Court Clerk giving proof that they have paid the City of Fulton parking penalty. If the person cited elects to contest the citation and additional fine of $250 shall be incurred plus the court cost shall be applied.
