§ 48-43 PROHIBITION OF BOAT TRAILER AND TRAILER OVERNIGHT PARKING.
   (A)   For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall mean and include:
      (1)   Boat means any vessel suitable for and able to float and travel on water, including by paddle, sail, fans, or motorized jet or propeller.
      (2)   Boat trailer means a trailer or similar conveyance designed for the purpose of carrying or transporting a boat or vessel.
      (3)   Camper means a structure on a trailer designed to accommodate persons and equipment, primarily designed and used for “camping.”
      (4)   Person means an individual, firm, partnership, joint venture, entity, association, social club, fraternal organization, joint stock company, corporation, estate, trust, business trust, receiver, trustee, syndicate, or any other group or combination acting as a unit.
      (5)   Trailer means a structure or similar conveyance designed to be drawn, carried or towed by a motor vehicle.
   (B)   Limitations. No person shall park any boat, camper, trailer or boat trailer, on any public property, street, avenue, alley, or other public way, within the city between the hours of 8:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M.
