There shall be no parking allowed on the north side of the entrance to Vine Cove, except for any city vehicles and/or emergency vehicles which may, from time to time, have to park on the street for city business purposes or while responding to an emergency call in that area. Further, the city shall affix appropriate “No Parking this Side Between Signs” signage along the area as described herein for purposes of notifying the public of this no parking area.
