There shall be no parking allowed on either side of the street designated in the corporate city limits as Browder Street with the exception of any city vehicles and/or emergency vehicles which may, from time to time, have to park on the street for city business purposes or while responding to an emergency call in that area. Further, the city shall affix appropriate “No Parking” signage along Browder Street for purposes of notifying the public of this no parking area.
