The geographical boundaries of the Entertainment Destination Center are all of the area that lies within and adjacent to the following description: Starting at the intersection of East State Line Street (KY 129) and the railroad tracks, traveling west following the Kentucky/Tennessee state line right of way to Harris Fork Creek, then proceeding northeast following Harris Fork Creek to the railroad, then going southeast to the intersection with East State Line Street. Shown on Exhibit A and B to Ord. 2022-05 and incorporated herein by reference. A copy of Ord. 2022-05 is available for public inspection during normal business hours in the office of the City Clerk.
