(A) Any person who is found guilty of a violation of any provision of this article by the Ethics Enforcement Officer may appeal the finding within 30 days after the date of the final action by the Ethics Enforcement Officer by filing a petition with the executive authority and the legislative body of the city against the Ethics Enforcement Officer.
(B) The Ethics Enforcement Officer shall transmit to the City Clerk all evidence considered by the Ethics Enforcement Officer at the public hearing.
