(A) The city adopts and incorporates by reference as if fully set forth herein verbatim the Fulton County Ordinance identified as Ordinance No. FC05-01 an ordinance providing regulation of sexually oriented businesses and their employees and any subsequent amendments thereto. The following penalties for violation of the ordinance shall be as follows in subsection (B).
(B) Penalties. Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not less than $100 not more than $500, or be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than 12 months or both. Each day of violation constitutes a separate and distinct violation for enforcement purposes.
