(A) When a customer of the Fulton Municipal Utilities System or the Southwestern Kentucky Water District disputes the accuracy of the reading of his or her utility meter and requests another reading, he or she will be assessed a fee of $5 should the original reading be proven correct.
(B) When a customer disputes the accuracy of his or her meter and insists on having it checked, he or she will be assessed the cost of checking the meter if the meter proves to be in proper working order.
