(A) Any person, corporate or otherwise, requesting new utility service will be required to pay a fee of $35 in addition to a utility deposit.
(B) This fee will be assessed whether the service is for natural gas, water or both.
(C) This fee shall also apply to customers who request a transfer of service to a new location.
