(A) The Electric Plant Board shall adopt rules, regulations and bylaws for the meetings thereof, and in compliance with the provisions of KRS 96.550 through 96.900 inclusive.
(B) The Electric Plant Board is hereby granted all authority and powers necessary and proper to carry out the intention of this article and the Act as mentioned in subsection (A) of this section and is hereby instructed to do so.
