§ 50-331 DECLARATION OF INTENTION TO OPERATE UNDER STATE LAW.

   It is hereby declared to be the intention of the city to accept and operate under the provisions of KRS 96.550 through 96.900 inclusive, relating to electric power systems and facilities in cities and counties.
