(A) Failure to comply with all the provisions of this article shall be sufficient cause for the revocation of the permit by the Manager.
(B) The possession within the service area by any person of any motor vehicle equipped with a body type and accessories of a nature and design capable of serving as a septic tank wastewater or excreta disposal system cleaning unit shall be prima facie evidence that the person is engaged in the business of cleaning, draining or flushing septic tanks or other wastewater or excreta disposal systems within the service area of the city.
