(A) Where a public sanitary sewer is not available, the building sewer shall be connected to a private domestic wastewater disposal system complying with the provisions of this section.
(B) Any residence, office, recreational facility or other establishment used for human occupancy where the building drain is below the elevation to obtain a grade equivalent to one-eighth-inch per foot in the building sewer but is otherwise accessible to a public sewer as provided in Division 2 of this article, the owner shall provide a private sewage pumping station.
(C) Where a public sewer becomes available, the building sewer shall be connected to the sewer within 60 days after date of official notice to do so.
