§ 50-1 TAMPERING WITH UTILITY METERS OR EQUIPMENT.
   Any person who damages, meddles or interferes or attempts to damage, meddle or interfere with the proper operation of a utility meter or related city-owned equipment is guilty of a misdemeanor.
